Mapleton’s Organic is a dairy farm providing healthy, local, and environmentally sustainable products produced in their on-farm dairy located in Moorefield. They offer a wide variety of ice creams and frozen yogurts produced from their 70 dairy cows, and have been able to find a number of distributors for their products.

Mapleton’s has seen great success in hosting and mentoring international post-secondary student interns from a wide variety of countries, including Finland, Denmark, Germany France and Holland.  The business has also benefited from hosting a Finnish agricultural college instructor who provided them with many great new ideas brought from advanced farming techniques in Europe.
