My Kitchen By Gancena is a restaurant in Fergus which offers dishes from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. Owned and operated by Allan Gancena, My Kitchen by Gancena brings an international dining experience to Wellington County.

The meals are 95% made from scratch from Canadian-sourced products, using seasonal and fresh local ingredients that the master chef/owner uses to cook delicious dishes with a touch of international flare.

My Kitchen by Gancena began with providing services to private functions in 2014, and has since started offering dining to the public.
