Eid al-Adha

Eid al-Adha, literally translated as “The Feast of the Sacrifice”, honors the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God. Eid al-Adha celebrations begin two days after the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca, and are one of the holiest events in the Muslim calendar.

Eid Mubarak!
